I am a salon owner, educator, and consultant with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry and a deep passion for building businesses that are both profitable and people first.

I am the Founder and Lead Educator of Daney Education Collective, a consulting and education platform supporting salon owners and leaders in building strong teams, clear systems, and sustainable studios that are designed to last. My work focuses on leadership development, apprenticeship and training systems, team alignment, and creating cultures that support long term growth without burnout.

Alongside Daney, I am the Co Founder and CEO of Fika Beauty Corp, a multi location salon company in Ottawa, Ontario. Fika was built from the belief that the beauty industry needed a better way forward one rooted in mentorship, clarity, and care. What started as a single studio has grown into a respected brand known for its empowered team environment, elevated client experience, and intentional approach to growth.

Everything I teach through Daney is grounded in real world experience as a working salon owner. I believe strong leadership, clear expectations, and aligned culture are the foundation of successful businesses and fulfilled teams.
