Carly Moore & Maddy Summerlee are educators, facilitators, and the creators of SALON360 — a government-funded program that began in the beauty industry and has grown far beyond it. With over 20 years each in people-centered work, they’ve lived every side of business life, from hands-on service to leadership and education.

Through their own experience, they saw what most traditional training misses: the human side of success. So they built their work around mindset, communication, emotional intelligence, and the quality of connection — the skills that quietly shape culture, confidence, and long-term growth in any business.

While their roots are in salons, Carly and Maddy now support business owners and teams across industries who want to grow with more intention, ease, and impact. Their mission is to help people build businesses that don’t just perform — but feel good to run.
