DBella Salon has been established since 2003 by owner and hair artist Donna DePinto. This salon offers a professional environment in a modern style, with stations that are wide and airy, the luxury backwash sinks, color bar, and more. This is multicultural salon, that offers services to any ethnicity. The current staff is very diverse by being bilingual in English and Spanish. This salon is looking for hair artists that have a diverse background, can cater to customers with an open mind, work together with other artists, and just overall provide a positive impact to the team. Salary is high commission of 60% + sign on bonus for $500 after 6 months (with clientele following). New stylists will be hired on hourly pay as they continue to grow their clientele and be reviewed after 6 months to possibly transition to commission based pay. To become a Hairstylists/Barber, a valid New Jersey Cosmetology License is needed.
