Work-Life Balance: At Hala Salon, we value your time and know the importance of filling your cup so you can show up your best every day. We offer flexible full-time schedules and emphasize a healthy work-life balance. You’re not required to work on your days off and if there are no guests booked, you’re not expected to stay your scheduled hours.

Competitive Pay Structure: We offer a 50/50 service commission split, with product costs included in the guests’ bills via Salon Scale (not deducted from your pay cheque). You’ll also earn a 10% commission on all product and tool sales.

Ideally, you have some of your own clientele but are looking to grow your book.
