Job Summary
Eminent College is seeking an experienced Lash Extension Technician with Teaching Expertise to join our dynamic team of beauty educators. This position requires a skilled professional who excels in lash extension application, lash lifting, and tinting techniques while possessing the ability to inspire and mentor aspiring lash artists. The ideal candidate will uphold Eminent College’s values, demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity, and promote a high standard of education and creativity in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruction & Training: Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons covering lash extensions, lash lifting, and lash tinting techniques aligned with the college curriculum.
- Student Mentorship: Support and guide students in mastering skills, developing confidence, and achieving professional growth.
- Curriculum Development: Assist in creating and refining course materials to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date training.
- Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy: Foster a learning environment that embraces diversity, promotes equity, and encourages open dialogue.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve excellence.
- Professional Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the lash industry to ensure students receive the best possible education.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, respectful, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Qualifications
- Certification in lash extensions and related services (lifting and tinting preferred).
- Proven experience as a Lash Extension Technician, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching or training experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and connect with diverse student groups.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
- Current knowledge of beauty trends and techniques in lash artistry.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to various learning styles and skill levels.
