Have you…
- 5 years’ experience as a hair technician with a current license and the ability to teach technical skills to staff
- 2 years experience managing people (salon management preferred but not required)
- Worked in a fast-paced, high-volume salon environment
- High-energy, proven ability to work with a broad diversity of people and work groups
- Initiative to self-start and maintain high standards of personal performance and integrity
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and hair styling.
- Manage inventory and purchasing to maintain stock levels and control costs.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Handle payroll, scheduling, and employee recruitment processes.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
