Elysian by MOD is a boutique style salon in Stuart FL, focused on supporting the stylists and guests in their vision and creativity. Applicant should have experience with the latest hair industry trends and be up to date with color and cutting techniques. Our team is made up of creative, passionate and goal-oriented stylists who focus on communicating effectively with their guests and building trust in that professional relationship. The ideal candidate should share in the same level of respect for their career and for providing the best service to the guests. We provide classes and continuing education, as well as a yearly team trip for education (hotel and education courtesy of the salon.)
Job description:
Commission or chair rental position (Commission % is based off of clientele and experience level. )(Rental includes all backbar and color.)
Providing color, blonding, extension and cutting services
Yearly allowance for continuing education, as well as in salon education and personalized guidance towards individual goals.
Ability to grow with our team and build lasting relationships with clients.
