What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a career-focused hairstylist who brings talent, positive energy, and a desire to grow. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of salon experience, is confident in both men’s and women’s services, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform expert-level haircuts, color services, and styling for all hair types
- Deliver exceptional customer service and consultation
- Educate guests on professional products and home care
- Participate in continuing education and in-salon training
- Help maintain a clean, professional, and inviting salon space
- Support team members with a collaborative and uplifting attitude

Ideal Candidate Has:
- Valid Colorado hairstyling or barber license
- 2+ years experience in a fast-paced salon
- Strong technical skills in cutting and coloring
- Passion for continued learning and client care
- Great communication and retail recommendation skills
- A positive, team-first mindset
