– Mentor junior barbers/stylists to help them develop their skills

Skills:
– Strong cosmetology skills with expertise in hair styling, cutting, and coloring techniques
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Experience using straight razors for precise shaving and beard trimming
– Ability to mentor and guide junior barbers/stylists to help them improve their skills
