Front End Coordinator | Reflections Salon & Spa
Do you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating an exceptional experience for others? We’re looking for the perfect person to join our front-end team at Reflections Salon & Spa.
This position is much more than answering phones — you are the heart of the client experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

• Ability to help both guests and service providers throughout the day
• Understands the importance of going above and beyond to create an exceptional client experience
• Ability to view the salon from both a client and employee perspective and notice areas that could be improved
• Salon, spa, retail, or serving experience is considered a huge asset
• Social media experience is an asset
• Interest in the beauty industry is a must
• Willingness to learn about the services and product lines we carry
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
This role includes opening and closing responsibilities, so reliability and accountability are extremely important. You will be the first face clients see when they walk through our doors and the last face they see when they leave — making every interaction count.
