💇♀️ You Are:
- A licensed hairstylist with a passion for dimensional blonding, soft lived-in colour, or natural grey blending
- Friendly, professional, and eager to grow your clientele in a supportive space
- Knowledgeable (or excited to learn) about clean, low-tox colour systems
- Self-motivated and aligned with our eco-conscious values
- Comfortable with a commission-based structure and collaborative team environment
