Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
   • Conduct thorough consultations, taking time to understand each guest’s individual style, preferences, and challenges.
   • Maintain a positive atmosphere from the welcome greeting to the final reveal.

2. Perform Specialized Hair Services

1. • Showcase your expertise in colour (corrective or creative), technical cutting, barbering, and extensions.
   • Maintain consistently high standards that reflect your experience and mastery.

3. Elevate Guest Satisfaction & Retention

1. • Suggest customized enhancements—treatments or styling add-ons—that address guest concerns or elevate results.
   • Provide home-care recommendations so guests feel supported between visits.

4. Team Collaboration & Leadership

1. • Communicate effectively with front desk and fellow stylists, upholding and supporting Kinetic Salon’s values.
   • Mentor new talent and engage in ongoing education sessions, with an eye toward taking on more responsibility as you grow.

5. Maintain Professional & Hygienic Standards

1. • Keep your station organized and clean in line with salon health and safety regulations.
   • Follow established protocols to ensure a pleasant environment for guests and coworkers.

Salary

• $45K–$85K+ 
• Earning Potential Breakdown

Necessary Skills & Qualifications

1. 4+ Years of Salon Experience
   With a valid Alberta Hairstyling License.
2. Technical Mastery
   You stay current on trends in colour, cutting, barbering, and/or extensions, striving for constant improvement.

   You’re eager to evolve into a leadership role, not just fill a chair.
