We’re currently hiring a Junior Hairstylist at Balanced Hair (Moncton area), and this role is built completely differently.
This is a structured growth position.

You won’t be guessing
You won’t be left alone
And you won’t be expected to build everything from scratch

• hands-on guidance while you learn
• real clients (without the pressure of filling your own chair)
• a path into higher-level services as your skills grow
You’ll start with:
Root touch-ups
Colour maintenance
Structured services
And grow into:
Extensions
Higher-ticket services
Advanced work—when you’re actually ready
This role is perfect for someone who:
• wants to feel confident before being creative

• is coachable and wants to improve quickly
• doesn’t want to “fake it till they make it”
