Two chair small studio space available for part time sublease. Sundays, Mondays, optional Tuesdays. Daily Rental includes:
Capes, towels, color bowls, color brushes and mixers, back bar shampoo and conditioner, styling products available to use, laundry, refreshments, snacks, cleaning and disinfecting products
Does not include:
Hair tools, color, lighter, all treatments, developers, retail for sale
MUST HAVE: valid cosmetology or barbering license and will need a business license for the city of Costa Mesa
