The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused individual who wants more than just a job—someone ready to grow with us and be part of something exciting.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building genuine connections and wants to make a real impact in the beauty community. You will work closely with salons, barbershops, and cosmetology programs (including public schools), helping them access the best products while growing your own professional network and career.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with salons, barbershops, and beauty schools
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and expand our client base
- Educate clients on our exclusive brands and product offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized solutions
- Represent 21 Beauty Supplies with professionalism, integrity, and passion
- Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the company
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and/or the beauty industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
- Passion for the beauty industry and helping others succeed
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset is a strong asset
