We are seeking a dynamic Salon Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee salon operations effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
– Interview, hire, train, and supervise salon staff.
– Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and handle client inquiries or concerns.
– Oversee cash handling procedures, including managing the cash register and processing transactions.
– Conduct sales management activities to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
– Negotiate with vendors for product purchases and maintain adequate inventory levels.
– Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
– Demonstrate proficiency in phone etiquette when interacting with clients or handling appointments.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in wireless sales or a similar retail environment is advantageous.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
– Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling procedures.
– Excellent math skills for managing financial transactions and reconciliations.
– Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance as needed.
– Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to drive business growth.
