Grit and Grace is a personal care beauty boutique opening in Vista Ca. In March. 2024. I have had the most amazing career in Esthetics. I have been licensed since 18 and now that I am 50 I am going in a different direction with my career. We offer gender neutral clean beauty treatments and products. Full body waxing. I wax a lot of males and females as well as everyone in between! Brow waxing and mapping.,Facials and massage. Lash lifts and brow lamination. I will be training my esthetician’s. I offer lots of education. The majority of people who have worked for me have moved on to start their own businesses which I totally support. I provide a positive fun work environment. I am looking for people who love this industry as much as I do. I don’t want anyone to feel negative about having to work. I have been in that position so I feel strongly about providing a positive work environment. It’s an hourly plus commission. Or even sharing rent Part-time and full-time available and if you could just text me that would be great. I’m just getting started with my social media and my website will be done this week. But it’s gonna be really nice and I’ve done this before.
