(This room could be great for esthetician’s, lashes, Botox, tanning, nails etc. We are open to all the opportunities that could be used for this room! The room can be shared and styled/furnished as you’d like!)
Willing to rent part time (minimum of 2 days) or full time!
One | 10 Salon will provide towels, shampoo/conditioner backbar, refreshments and allow ease to be your own boss.
We are located on Girard and Wall one of La Jolla’s main walking streets! Even if you’d like to add to your existing clientele there is opportunity here. If you do any other service than hair, you will be the only one doing that service so all clients would go to you without competition.
While clients are processing or waiting for their appointment time, Your clients can sit in the inside waiting area or comfortably on the outdoor patio furniture enjoyiny a coffee/pastry from our neighboring coffee shop, Elixir.
