Recently, Leanne achieved a significant milestone by securing the second place in the prestigious 'How To Cut It' Top 50 Most Influential and of those who 'Smashed It in 2023' This unexpected recognition was truly humbling, especially since many of her daily inspirations were also among the top 50.

As the Creative Director for BluSky Brands and a dedicated collaborator with Difiaba, Leanne's passion for her work shines through. She incorporates Difiaba products into all her educational endeavours, sharing her expertise and knowledge with students around the world. Her love for travel beautifully merges with her profession, as she takes every opportunity to teach and inspire globally.

Being taught by Leanne is considered an absolute honour by her students, who recognise her as a trailblazer in the hair industry. She now has over 22,000 stylists globally she teaches online in her free facebook group 'Leanne Lea Education'
